CUSTOM DIGITAL PROJECT AGREEMENT

By purchasing this digital custom project listing, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the custom project scope, details, and creative direction previously discussed and agreed upon through written correspondence with A. Parlin Project.

The Buyer understands that this purchase is for a custom creative service and that the estimated turnaround time is approximately thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Turnaround time may extend depending on additional revisions, expanded requests, delayed communication, or changes requested by the Buyer after work has begun.

This purchase acts as a non-refundable deposit and partial payment toward the total custom project cost. Due to the time, planning, and creative labor involved, the deposit will remain non-refundable once work on the project has begun, including if the Buyer chooses to cancel or discontinue the project.

Upon completion of the custom project, previews and/or final approval materials will be provided to the Buyer. The remaining balance owed must be paid in full by the Buyer prior to delivery, transfer, or release of the completed digital files and/or final project assets.

By completing this purchase, the Buyer confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
