Crochet Basics - Private Class

This listing is to register for a private one-on-one in-person class. Location will be at the sole discretion of the paying party.

Cancellation policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your class or you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to that of the course:::

---------Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations made seven (7) or more calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within three (3) calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and will not receive credit.
Rescheduling & Transfers
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost. Notification of transfer must be provided in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the workshop. One (1) reschedule request per participant may be granted if notice is provided at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the workshop.
Cancellation by Instructor
In the event the instructor cancels a workshop due to illness, emergency, or insufficient enrollment, participants will receive the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer registration to a future workshop at no additional cost. Method of Cancellation All cancellations, reschedule requests, or participant transfers must be made in writing by replying to the booking confirmation email or by contacting the instructor directly at aparlinproject@gmail.com Agreement By registering for a workshop, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk (Craft Activities)

The Client understands that the workshop includes the use of craft tools and materials, including but not limited to scissors, crochet hooks, needles, and other small or sharp objects.

The Client acknowledges that participation in craft activities carries inherent risks of minor injury, including cuts, punctures, or other accidental harm.

The Client agrees that A. Parlin Project LLC and Amanda Parlin shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident arising from the use of tools or materials during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Client further agrees to assume responsibility for the safety and supervision of participants when the event is held at a location not owned or controlled by A. Parlin Project LLC and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A. Parlin Project LLC and Amanda Parlin from any related claims or liabilities.
